PHONES AND INTERNET IN UKRAINE

IMEI database
Since 2009, as a means of struggle againts illegal import, in Ukraine exists a database of IMEI numbers of mobile phones. The devices whose IMEI numbers aren't placed in the "white list" stop working three months after first usage on the territory of Ukraine.
